Parental Alienation Awareness Day

Parental Alienation Awareness Day (PAAD) was created by Sarvy Emo in 2005.  Several years later, Bubbles of Love, a ceremonious blowing of bubbles was added to Parental Alienation Awareness Day, resulting in PAAD also being known to many as Bubbles of Love Day (BOLD.)  Per the Bubbles of Love Day website,  “Just like bubbles, love can not and should not be contained. Children should be allowed to love and be loved by both parents without fear or guilt.” Since inception, Parental Alienation Awareness Day and Bubbles of Love Day have been observed annually with events around the world, making it an annual international event of great importance. Most PAAD and BOLD event coordinators obtain proclamations from their cities and/or states proclaiming April 25th as Parental Alienation Awareness Day in their communities and state.

Wendy Perry hosted the first Parental Alienation Awareness Day/Bubbles of Love Day event in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas in 2011.  Wendy’s annual event known as “Bubbles of LOVE Day DFW” has received worldwide recognition.  Bubbles of LOVE Day DFW has been supported by over 50 Texas mayors and is warmly embraced by the community who enjoys the family-friendly atmosphere and are able to meet world-renowned experts such as Dr. Richard Warshak.

Helping others to plan and host their own Parental Alienation Awareness Day and Bubbles of Love Day event is one of Wendy’s passions.  Every PAAD and BOLD event, no matter the size, is important and makes a difference.  If you want to plan and host a PAAD or BOLD event and need some advice, feel free to contact Wendy.
